CC Talent Management (“we”, “us”) is a creator management agency. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@cctalentmanagement.com.
What we collect
When you submit an application through our form, we collect:
- Your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- Your social media handles and links to your public profiles
- Information you choose to tell us about your work, audience and goals
- Your country or region
If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence. When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes.

- To assess whether we can work together
- To contact you about your application
- To keep records of applications we have received
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in reviewing applications from people who approach us, and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use third-party services to run our business, and your information may be processed by them on our behalf:
- Typeform — collects and stores form responses
- Our email provider — handles correspondence
- Our website host — serves this site
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share your information with advertisers.
Advertising
We advertise on platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Those platforms may use their own cookies and tracking to measure how their ads perform. We do not receive your individual identity from them through this, and their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep unsuccessful applications for up to 12 months, in case a later opportunity fits. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the relationship continues and for six years afterwards for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Where your information is held
Our service providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Withdraw consent where we relied on it
Email support@cctalentmanagement.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Age
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our form provider sets cookies necessary for the form to function.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
